Had speed drop from 1487 to between 143! and 226!!. Contacted customer support and they diagnosed a corrupted profile at their end. Allowed me to access their speedtest server overnight and now get consistent near 1.5mb - someone knew his job.

The only good bit is reliability. Other than that, speed is poor and customer service is abysmal. been trying to upgrade from 2 to 8 meg since October (now Feb). just keep getting fobbed off, lied to so I'm off to find another provider.
