absolutely rubbish, i have had nothing but trouble with it since i got it , box is always crashing , mines been down for 3 weeks now and my sisters has been down for four, stay well clear.

I have been with Orange both the UK and France. I have cancelled the French one (too unreliable).
I have with them for nearly 3 years and although I should be receiving 8 meg download the best is .9 !!!!

When providers were Freeseve and Wanadoo never had a problem.Now Orange have taken over speed variable.8 meg package average 3 meg.Incessant lost connection.Customer Servives dire.Time to decamp.

Ok - so I've had this for 2 weeks now and is regularly at 6MB download - which is the max from my local exchange. Very happy. It's a great deal and is fast enough for what I need. Just one thing... if you need fast upload, max I've got is 256KB...
