I was with freedom2surf (avoid at cost)for close to 5years.But then switched to 02 and im more than happy with 02 great customer services what more can i say 10/10

Superb - 10 /10

Nominally 8MB, actual speed just under 7 - and stable. BT couldn't even give me 2MB on a reliable basis. And you speak very quickly to techies in Leeds or Glasgow. How different to the 20/30 minutes to speak to someone in Bangalore, who hasn't a clue what...    read full review

Had it for 2 weeks...such a relieve after BT, promised speed 8mb, but it goes even beyond 9, for 7.50 a month this is the best deal available, can't fault it so far.

Fantastic! Speed faster than they told me it would be and free technical helpdesk with nice Scottish boys who understand queries and help in moments. SO different from Orange. Very happy!
