I have been with them for nearly 2 years. In the past couple of months the speed has nose dived.

you can get hold of someone in the uk and not somewhere else in the world ,,,had a few problems but that was down to good old bt ??????

On Eclipse 8mb ??? for 2 years constantly complaining that only getting less than 1mb. They blamed my house wiring, computer and anything except their own failure.

Only had one issue with these guys and that was specifically down to good ol' BT.
Though I could not raise anyone to help on the tech support line after 5pm.

went for the option 4 the best they do.8mg more like 1.5mb have vnot seen my download speeds go above 40kb do not go with eclipse trust me they are a waste of time
Consistently getting over 4meg, sometimes higher. No problems.Basic home package at £14.99 per month !
I have Evolution option 1 initial speed was 4meg now it's at it's best at 1.7meg. I was told to up grade to option 2. Speeds still 1.7meg this is my second ISP I don't believe there a ISP that can provide there advertised bandwidth speed.
Nothing wrong at all, good service
