Speed: you get the fastest your line can provide. But sometimes I feel like they put some caps but it's very variable and you loose only 2-3Mbits.
Reliability: good but the evenings after 10PM it happens very often be disconnected (minimum 1-2 times per day)...

very poor speed. I can't understand why all the review are so high. everyday frustrated by very slow speed and too much cut out. customer service is answer shortly, but just say ' i can't do anything'.
Been with Be for over a year now and the service has been excellent a far cry from my previous experience with tiscali, cant recommend them enough
Free customer service, no special telephone line and upto 24 MB for 18 GBP what more can you ask for.
Only Virgin can beat them on speed in most of London, but then the service is not that good, you work it out...

Good all round service, dont get anywhere near 24mb downloads though apart from that its perfect
Moved over to BE and never looked back !! why carnt other isp look at be and learn! lol
moved to Be from Supanet as i had nothing but high pings with them and i play alot of online games i have no problems now at all gaming is great at peak times 5/5:)
We switched to be from bt after getting messed around and so far im really happy with the them it was installed and running within a week and the wireless modem is great
I have had be for about 8 month now every since my exchange got enabled and i cant fault them at all. the customer service is excellent and they even text you with update on the process of your broadband order and also any planned maintenance in your area....
