AOL must be the worst customer service by any ISP, They were great when the call centre was in Ireland, but since they moved it to India its the pits'
Only when I asked for my Mig. number did they offer me a Ireland call centre number. TOO LATE

One word really, RUBBISH.
Spoke to customer services,he just kept waffling on about the position of my modem then told me i was getting 5mps when i rarely get 2.Theyve got yah money now you can stuff it attitude.

Long contract terms now on offer, Price for low level connections is steep compared to other ISPs. Very poor customer support from India. Long telephone wait times and frequently placed on hold. Intermittant speeds during peak hours often resulting in a...

I signed up to AOL Talk at the beginning of this year following an invitation to upgrade from their 2Mbps service at £17.99 per month. The offer was the usual 'up to' one of 8Mbps. When I spoke with aoperator in India he checked my BT line & said I could...

My speeds have been getting slower with AOL. I went for online help and typed in my problem, but the operator at the other end still hadn't received anything after four minutes, so he sent a message saying he was cutting me off. After that I tried e-mailing...

I pay £29.99 pm for up to 8Mbps and am receiving 2.7Mbps. I think the reason for this is down to BT. I pay them for my phone line and for some obscure reason, the line appears to be restricted to 3Mbps which would explain why I don't get nearer to 8Mbps! ...
