I believe they may have recently been bought out by BT. If so it's strange how my download speed has suddenly increased. Speed Test reading indicate 1.8M. Service reliability is good. I pay monthly about £13.45 the cheapest I coul find at the time. I live in a village and choice is limited in regards to good deals. All the cheap offers don't seem to apply to us country folk :o).
